END OF YEAR 4

 Hi and assalamualaikum. Suuupppper long time no see. My last post dekat blog ni pasal first week of year 4. Which was happened monthsss ago. And today. I dah reached the very last week of the very last block of my academic year. Pftttt.  p/s: Sincere apologize for the late update :( 4th year. Tahun paling mencabar. Obviously. Semakin bertambah tahun mestila semakin mencabar kan? Tahun keempat sebagai dental student. And for the very first time jugak, full clinical hour -daily dari 10 pagi sampai 5 petang, isnin hingga jumaat. And today. the last day. inventory day. Return balik semua barang -barang cubicle. Kemas cubicle. and bid goodbye to the whole journey happened at A5 (my cubicle). Even ada satu tahun lagi. Tetap rasa sedih. Bila toleh belakang. Kenang balik masa susah dan senang. Briefing Week -> Anxiety Week

 Hello and assalamualaikum. How's everyone? Still at home or dah return ke campus? Dah start new academic calendar? As for me, today marked the 3rd day of briefing week. Most of the contents mestila membincangkan requirements clinic which causes me anxious berdebar-debar sakit kepala and so on. Literally, requirements clinic tu macam KPI; berapa patient kena treat in order for us untuk seat for final exam, and nak grad la senang cakap. Covid-19 memang cause a lottttt of impact on us sebab we burned like one block plus few weeks due to MCO. so requirement yang patut achieve masa y3 dah kena carry forward ke y4. frustrated? of course. tapi tak ada pilihan kan. hadap je la. Yesterday, ada one of my seniors ni dia post something on her ws story. which is about all the requirements ni la. but since I will be at home for the first few weeks of block 1. i literally can do nothing much and no point pun kalau risau lebih lebih cause i have no control pasal treatment patients and so on. one

First Real Patient, First Clinic!

Hi and assalamualaikum. Another special post pasal year 3. Quick recap: dental student ada 2 years of pre-clinical year (i.e.: lecture, lab but no clinical session) and 3 years of clinical year (i.e.: lectures, lab and full clinical session attending the R.E.A.L patient). Third year is my very firsttttt clinical year, which means my first time treating the patient, using all the instruments and equipments on the real patient. At the very beginning, i start buat treatment on my partner. I did the very basic one macam examination and diagnosis (which include thorough history taking, then clinical examination -check and buat charting gigi, yang korang selalu dengar dentist sebut 12 sound 23 cavity restoration bla bla bla tu, then belajar ambil xray on real patient and etc) Then, i did my first restoration on my partner under Dr H's supervision. I belajar scaling for the first time also on my partner. I pun jadi patient dia when it came to her session la. So kitaorang kena equally divi

5 Aida's Fav Place @ Kuantan

 Hi and assalamualaikum. My third post in a week. Wohooo. Harini nak share pasal my fav list of places in Kuantan. I have been in Kuantan for about 3 years. Ada la sikit sikit tempat yang i suka pergi / pernah pergi. My target is to explore as many places as possible la because i believe once u dah grad, and leave the university, u dah takdak chance nak explore the place. [unless jodohku orang Kuantan wekwek] 1. Air Terjun Pelangi, Sg Lembing. Tempat ni paling gempak i pernah sampai. Sebab dia ada combination hiking + naik 4x4 + air terjun + pelangi. Memang worth sangat. I pergi dengan member, kitaorg book bilik dekat Sg. Lembing sebab nak hiking tengok sunrise and pelangi tu mesti awal pagi like 6.30 mcm tu. Pukul 7 naik 4X4 wow mantap okey naik bukit itu semua plus daun daun kiri kanan tampo muka hang haha. Stop dekat satu tempat untuk tengok sunrise, then continue, hiking then sampai ke puncak air terjun where dekat situ ada pelangi. Part paling best organizer bagi maggi cup dengan

End of 3rd Year of Dental School

Hi and assalamualaikum. Anybody here? Or everyone (if there's one hueuhe) has left the blog too? Sorry and soorrryyy again for the longggg pause. Okay, where to begin? Number one. Aida Sakinah passed her third professional exam. [alhamdulilah]. Here is a quick recap. A dental student needs to sit FOUR professional exams in order for her to become a dentist with a certified degree. I have done 3/4. I will write a specific story / drama / cerekarama for this part. dont worry (please scroll up the post bhahaha). Number two. Finally, I'm home. This past academic year was the worst E.V.E.R. Obviously due to the covid thingyyy, we were exhausted mentally, physically. I have been in the uni from august 2020 till august 2021 without a single break (like one week gap or mid sem break or even 2 days break). we run the whole two-semester week after week non-stop ye anak anak. the only break that we've is the weekend. but, alhamdulilah again, we passed, and we go home. the motivation f
